At Librose, we deeply value your trust and satisfaction. Our handcrafted Chikankari products reflect our commitment to quality and tradition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return, refund, and exchange policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Custom-made, altered, and discounted/sale items are not eligible for return.

• All return requests must be initiated through our support team or via our official website.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products showing signs of wear or customer-inflicted damage.

• Items returned without original tags or packaging.

• Personalized or made-to-order items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Provide your order number, a brief reason for return, and clear product images (if applicable).

• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable. In areas where pickup is not available, you may be requested to self-ship the item.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

• We offer product exchanges for size issues, subject to stock availability.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days, and the returned item must meet our return eligibility criteria.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo evidence.

• We will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
